Medical managment and first AID

Dear colleagues,

It is a pleasure to communicate that last Friday the Students of the 1st level Master Course concluded the module Medical Countermeasures First Aid. The module dealt with medical aspects related to CBRNe events ranging from first aid to best practices and protocols for the management of medical CBRNe emergencies, including the establishment and the organisation of HazMat Response Team.

During the module, thanks to Rachele Brancaleoni, the students attended the course 'Stop the Bleed' and, thus, received the certificate released by SICUT (Società Italiana di Chirurgia d'Urgenza e del Trauma - Italian Society of Emergency and Trauma Surgery).

We want to thank Giada Bellanca, MD, for the module coordination and all the lecturers who took part in the didactic activity of the module.
