1st EPS Conference on Plasma Diagnostics

04.21.2015

The 1st EPS Conference on Plasma Diagnostics  held in Frascati, at Villa Mondragone, on April 14-17, 2015 organized by ENEA and the University of Tor Vergata is concluded last week.

The scope of the EU Plasma Diagnostics Conference, which first edition will be held in Italy, is to favor cross fertilization among scientists from all areas of plasma diagnostics.

Specifically included are diagnostics that fit in the four categories of the main EPS Plasma Physics Conference:

- magnetic confinement fusion
- beam plasma and inertial fusion
- low temperature and industrial plasmas
- basic and astrophysical plasmas

We are pleased to announce that two of our PhD students:

Dr. Luigi Antonio Poggi

Dr. Michele Lungaroni

won the prize as best poster  that will allow them to attend the course of CLAD 1 and CLAD 2 to achieve the Labview Associate Developer Certification.

Greetings to Luigi and Michele.
