CDR Carminati is the new Didactic Coordinator of the Ist Level International Master Course in Protection against CBRNe Events.

CDR Carminati was born in Rome on the 7th January 1973. In 1992 start the career in the Italian Navy. He attended Navy officers integrative course from 1995 to 1996, the Italian Naval Academy. In 2008 he graduated with a bachelor degree in Management and Organizational Studies with final thesis on the Chemical Weapons Convention.
