CBRN study and updating day – Meeting between the French cluster GIE DEFENSE NBC and the Italian authorities

Dear Colleagues

The 15 May 2018 took place a meeting between the French cluster GIE DEFENSE NBC and the Italian Authorities in Rieti at the Joint NBC school.

The purposes of the meeting were:

- To allow the French companies intervened to present their skills, developed within the French concept of CBRN defense, in terms of detection, collective protection, individual protection, decontamination and sanitary countermeasures.

- Giving the Italian authorities and operational groups of CBRNe the opportunity to express their needs and concerns in the CBRN area.

Dr. Daniele Di Giovanni (member of the didactic board of the International Master Courses in Protection Against CBRNe Events) participated to the meeting representing the International CBRN Master courses (link: https://www.mastercbrn.com), invited by BMA S.R.L.

The activity took place in Rieti (Italy), at the Joint NBC School of Rieti was inspired by the constant desire to update and strengthen the global response capacity, to current and future threats, national and international in the CBRNe area.

- Outside lane (ascending exit numbers): take the "Romanina" exit and, after passing over the ring, take "via Stanford" and follow the signs to "via della Sorbona". At the first roundabout, take the first exit (left) to "via del Politecnico".
