Training activities at NBC School of Rieti

The training week at “Scuola Interforze per la Difesa NBC” di Rieti has been successfully concluded by the class of I level Master Course in Protection against CBRNe events.

The students, under the supervision of the trainers of the school (CBRNe experts), learned the main concepts of FIRST RESPONSE. The have studied the Individual Protection Disposals, the main detection and sampling technique together with the decontaminations and first aid techniques applied by the first responders during a CBRNe events.

The had the opportunity to test in field all the lessons learned in class by practical activities in the training are of NUBICH. In this structure Italian army do the NBC training, there are a train station,houses,CQB structures, analysis lab and 220 meters of underground tunnels.

The frontal lessons together with the training activities, the military entities that learn to the students together with public, academic and private ones is the key point of force of this Master Course.

The International CBRNe Master Courses officially thanks Gen. Villa, Commander of Scuola NBC di Rieti and all the staff of Scuola NBC di Rieti together with  Ministry of Defence for this unique training opportunity.

A special thanks to Giancarlo Romana, Tony Bonitatibus, Gaetano Carminati and Roberto Petrucelli that are students of the Master from Italian Ministry of Defence that link the class with the training center in a very homogenous way.

Staring from next years it will be possible also attend a single module of the Master Course and the related ECTS if the module is properly completed. This training week at Scuola NBC di Rieti will continue to be one of the module of the First Level International CBRN Master Course.

We want also remember that every year the “Scuola Interforze per la Difesa NBC” organize training courses for military and civilian from all around the world.
