Dr. Luca Rotondi del Vando, a deaf former student of the 2^nd Level International CBRNe Master Course, partecipated as trainer for Roma Capitale in an interesting cycle of training meetings on the Italian Sign Language (ISL, Lingua Italiana dei Segni - LIS).
