Student of the CBRNe Master Course winner a grant

Human Resources Management as a key factor for organizational Effectiveness, Efficiency, Empowerment.

With this project title Alba Iannotti, student of the second level Master Course, present a research program about Human Resources Managment and won a grant in the program funded by "Regione Lazio" called "Torno Subito".

The project is divided in two phases:

1) A Master in Human Resource Managment in Philadephia (USA) organized by EYEsItalia and The Italy-America Business Council and Network — or IABCN.

2) After the Course she will have the chance to have a 6 weeks of experience in a public or private entity.

Actually she is completing phase 1.
