II level Master Course: Conclusive Table Top Exercise

On the 16th, 17th and 18th of March, the students of the II level Master Course in "Protection Against CBRNe events" participated to the Table Top Exercise organized in collaboration with the Italin Department of Italian Department of Firefighters, Public Rescue and Civil Defense, the Italian Department of Public Security, and the Italian Ministry of Defence. This activity sets the conclusion of their training path, before the final dissertation.

The exercise asked the trainees to “perform” as decision makers and play, simultaneously, as the actors involved in the response to a CBRN event (Prefect, Questore, Commander of the Fire Brigades, …). The TTX aimed at stimulating a proactive and incisive crisis management, to overcome CBRN emergency situations.

The Directive Board of the International Master Courses in protection against CBRNe events owes a special thank to: Ing. Luciano Cadoni, Arch. Giovanni Ferrari, Dr. Ferruccio di Paolo (Dipartimento dei Vigili del fuoco, del Soccorso pubblico e della Difesa civile), Dr. Vincenzo Trombadore, Dr. Patrizio Canale Parola, Ing. Roberto Riccio, Dr. Emiliano Luttazzi (Dipartimento di Pubblica Sicurezza) and Dr. Dario De Masi (Ministry of Defence), the tutor of the TTX, who managed the exercise and guided and supported the trainees during this conclusive training activity.
